An Annex full of charm
The Camelias used to be a barn and was about to be demolished when Thérèse and Jean-Claude Marisy decided to renovate it, giving it a regional style. The charm and features of the rooms will please customers wishing to live a more genuine experience.
Only 300 yards from Le Val Moret, when you arrive in the village, 7 rooms and a 160 sq feet reception hall have been built.
Although located at 300 meters from the main hotel, the Camellias still benefit of all hotel services, including access to the Aqua Val.
Room features
All the rooms have a mini bar and a coffee/tea set with a kettle.
Every room features a queen-sized bed (60" x 80") or a queen-sized bed and a single bed (35" x 75").
They all have a view of the country and are very well soundproofed so you can rest in absolute peace. Each of the rooms in this hotel is equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection.

Sustainable development
The renovation of Les Camélias was part of a sustainable development project: the original volumes of the building were respected as well as the architectural structure and the other traditional buildings nearby. The walls are made of whitewashed stone, the roof is made of flat Amance clay tiles, sustainable energy and materials were used and the building is equipped with motion detectors.
The heating and ventilation systems emit no carbon thanks to a geothermal heat pump with two vertical wells (measuring 130 ft for air and water) which provide cool air in summer.
The insulation of partition walls is made of honeycomb molded bricks with a layer of mineral wool.
